If you get an email from the corporate Doubletree confirming your reservation, additional taxes will be shown. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. Your credit card will be charged with only the room fee.
To book more than one room: Click on “Edit Stay” near the top right of the page and you can add more rooms.
To change the number of women per room to four: Click on “Edit Stay” near the top right of the page and where it says 1 guest, change that to four.
To add the names of the women in the room: Once you book the room, there will be a space for “Additional comments” which is where you can put the names of the four (or two) women staying.
If you are unable to add the names of the women, you can call the Doubletree after you book the room online and add your additional guests at 315-432-0200 option 0.
