You’re invited to unwind, explore and enjoy winter in the villages of Madison County!

It’s almost time to explore the annual Critz Farms maple syrup celebration in cazenovia! From mid March to early April when the sap is running, you can see fresh, pure maple syrup being made right on the farm. The sugar house is open to visitors whenever they are boiling. If you see the steam rising from the house, stop in! On the weekends, Take a wagon ride to the sugarbush. Watch and learnabout syrup production in the sugar house and enjoy the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. Plus, Critz’s brewery and hard cidery will be open!
